SHIPPING POLICY
SparkCrest Designs is a made-to-order apparel and custom design business. Many of our products are produced through print-on-demand and custom fulfillment partners, including Printify and Ninja Transfers. Because each item is created after the order is placed, production time is required before the item ships.
Order Processing and Production Time: Standard apparel orders are typically processed and sent into production after payment is received and order details are confirmed. Production times may vary depending on the product, design, order size, supplier workload, holidays, and inventory availability. Custom orders may require additional time for design approval, artwork preparation, shirt selection, transfer printing, pressing, packaging, or local fulfillment.
Shipping Time: Shipping time begins after the item has been produced and handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the customer’s location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Print-on-Demand Orders: Orders fulfilled through print-on-demand partners may ship directly from the production facility to the customer. If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages depending on the supplier, product type, and fulfillment location.
Custom Orders and Local Orders: Custom shirt orders, team orders, group orders, and locally fulfilled orders may be shipped, delivered locally, or made available for local pickup depending on the agreement made at the time of purchase. Local pickup or delivery details will be confirmed with the customer before the order is completed.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. SparkCrest Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, the customer should contact SparkCrest Designs so we can assist with reviewing the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances, carrier information, and supplier policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or seller error, the customer must contact SparkCrest Designs within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be approved.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, order size, shipping location, fulfillment method, and carrier rates. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to an approved seller or production error.
Final Sale and Custom Items: Custom, personalized, team, name/number, special-order, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to seller or production error.
By placing an order with SparkCrest Designs, the customer understands that production and shipping times may vary and agrees to provide accurate order and shipping information before the order is processed.
