By visiting our website, purchasing from our store, submitting a custom order request, or using our services, you agree to the terms, policies, notices, and disclaimers provided on this website.

Product Information: SparkCrest Designs makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, pricing, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors, print placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, supplier differences, garment style, printing method, production process, and product availability. Product images, mockups, and previews are for general representation and may not be an exact final match.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products: Many products sold by SparkCrest Designs are made-to-order, custom-created, or fulfilled through third-party production partners, including print-on-demand and transfer-printing providers. Because these products may be produced after an order is placed, production times, shipping times, availability, and final product appearance may vary. Custom, personalized, team, name/number, special-order, or made-to-order items may be final sale unless defective or incorrect due to seller or production error.

Third-Party Fulfillment Partners: SparkCrest Designs may use third-party providers, including Printify, Ninja Transfers, shipping carriers, payment processors, and other service providers to produce, process, fulfill, or deliver orders. We are not responsible for delays, errors, outages, shipping issues, inventory changes, carrier delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with order-related concerns.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including product type, size, color, quantity, design, spelling, personalization, shipping address, and contact information. SparkCrest Designs is not responsible for customer errors after an order has been approved, submitted, or placed into production.

Custom Artwork and Design Approval: For custom design work, customers may be asked to review and approve artwork, mockups, wording, spelling, colors, placement, or design details before production. Once a customer approves a design or once production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or replacements may not be available unless the final product is defective or incorrect due to seller or production error.

Intellectual Property: All original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, text, images, product concepts, branding, and website content created by SparkCrest Designs or SparkCrest Digital, LLC are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, upload, or use our designs, images, mockups, branding, or website content without written permission.

Customer-Provided Content: If a customer provides logos, images, artwork, names, phrases, trademarks, copyrighted material, team names, school names, business names, or other content for a custom order, the customer confirms that they have the legal right or permission to use that content. SparkCrest Designs is not responsible for intellectual property claims, copyright disputes, trademark issues, licensing violations, or legal disputes related to customer-provided content.

School, Team, Brand, and Organization References: Any school, team, organization, business, brand, or location references used in custom work are created at the customer’s request or for general design purposes unless an official relationship is clearly stated. SparkCrest Designs does not claim endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or official approval from any school, team, organization, brand, or business unless specifically stated in writing.

No Guarantee of Results: SparkCrest Designs does not guarantee that any product, design, apparel item, listing, business material, or promotional item will produce a specific result, sale, business outcome, athletic outcome, or financial outcome. Products are provided for personal, decorative, apparel, branding, promotional, or general use as applicable.

Website Use: The information on this website is provided for general business and product purposes only. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of technical issues. We reserve the right to update, modify, remove, or discontinue products, services, pricing, policies, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkCrest Designs and SparkCrest Digital, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of this website, products, services, orders, delays, third-party fulfillment issues, shipping issues, customer-provided content, or custom design requests.
